View and in a nice city near to Pars
For the first time lived in Paris in a really big standard room with a large bathroom. Adequate price especially for high season in Paris. Ample space for parking. Gorgeous view from the hotel.
The hotel requires a decorative repair. I recommend to consider the need for breakfast at this price.
This hotel is in a beautiful town and setting. Unfortunately the food and beverage staff totally spoil this. The service is appalling, in fact if you ask for anything they look at you in disgust and forget to bring you the thing you want. So on average you have to ask for something 3 times before getting served. Its a real shame as the hotel has so much potential. We found if we just used the room and eat somewhere else that this was the best option. There are many restaraunts in the town with better service and food. There is room service but only at certain times.
Fantastic, historical location but the hotel does not live up to expectation. The decor is tired and the service slow but quiet with a lovely view.
The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient.
There was no air conditioning. The rooms appeared run-down and badly maintained (shutters needed paint and were kept together by rusty wire). The front view room was noisy. Breakfast was over-priced and of poor quality.
Location to St-Germain and the rer into Paris, was easy and brilliant. The view fromthe hotel is truely spectacular. We didn't go up the Eiffel tower as we had our own view of Paris from our hotel, saving our money for fabulous french food instead.
No shower in my bathroom. Only bath and moveable shower head.
The position of the hotel is good for a trip into Saint-Germain and visits to the Chateau and its gardens. For people who want to go into Paris the rer is close by and the trip into the centre is quite short. It is a reasonably priced hotel for people who are looking for a location where you are out in the "country", can park your car and can access Paris easily.
There were some problems with the WiFi/telephone which made communication difficult.
Sunrise view of this hotel is something very special. Location is very unique, just 10 mins walk from the best market place you have ever experience. Go there on Sundays.
It is not normal that we can stay in the pavillion where Henri Quatre. And the view of Paris is splendid.
Room was very good. Superb location with views over Paris from the terrace.
Very noisy deliveries early in the morning.
It has very good view to Paris & seine river.it is near to city center.
It shouls spend some money to maintain building & inside rooms.
The view from the hotel is spectacular. Bein able to see from the horizon the 'Sacre Coeur' to the 'Eiffel Tower' is beautiful Having a dinner at the hotel is a treat to the eyes but more on the view than the food
The breakfast is not worth the 19 euro: The scrambled eggs are mushy and the options are very limited No possibility for ironing in my room The hotel is being refurbished in the corridors so strong odors of paint
The hotel is an old building which is being renovated and the room I was staying in had a new bathroom and had been freshly painted. The receptionist advised me that new carpets were being fitted through-out in December. The hotel is set in a beautiful location with views across Paris. The staff all spoke perfect English and the bar and restaurant were fantastic. All in all an excellent stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return.
Beautiful views over Paris Quiet situation Great bathrooms Size of the bedroom Easy commute to Paris
historic building in a wonderful location close to the national archaeology museum (the reason for our visit) but a treasure in itself with great views over the plain towards Paris.
no complaints, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good quality with a great view to enjoy. We did not have an evening meal in the hotel but it smelt lovely just the same.
